Screw Jacks as Key Component of Immersion Arm

One of the largest areas of application is the automotive industry. For example, car interior parts are coated with a root wood or carbon look. The technology is also used in the marine and aerospace industries. Here, for example, the covers of cockpit instruments and various interior elements are treated accordingly in order to save weight. In our special application, rims are provided with decors.

The immersion arm is constructed of an aluminium construction profile and is moved by means of a frequency-directed motor via a worm gear screw jack. The hoist gear is used mainly because of diving, slow and vibration-free.  Almost all surfaces in almost all two- and three-dimensional forms can be refined by water transfer printing.

For a semi-automatic machine, a NSE25-RN with 1500mm working stroke with duplex nut, flange bearing, driving flange and motor adapter with motor are used.

For large quantities it is possible to use a fully automatic machine which is capable of carrying out the necessary work steps in an automated water transfer printing line.
